Seems that there's a bit of a snag when you try to connect to PSO online today - you are politely informed that you are unable to use your character name & that you have to change it... you can then play no more PSO until you change the name & then you still can't get on online (i repeated this about 15 times using such offensive names as 'Girl' 'Boy' 'Bloke@ & so on until I finally got on using 'ABC'. I then disconnected & tried to get back online' still as 'ABC', & the palaver started all over again). Needless to say that I gave up.
Any solutions that anybody is aware of?? |

A friend of mine told me it's happening to him on the US servers, too. I'm at work, so I can't find out if it's happening to me, too, but I hope not...

Ok. You can still get on. You DONT have to change your name.
Just hit Ok instead of changing the name. Eventually you will be let back on even if it tells you you need to change your name. I have no idea what happend to start this thing though. Its a bit of a blessing and a curse. you get to get the name you always wanted but... its a pain to get on. |
