I know three are guides of where they drop, but I was woundering what are the chances that they are dropped.

If you're online, just get the barriers from Paiganni. 16 PD for the color barriers, 1 for the assist and recovery barriers. Amps, just run around with a Pinkal for a while.

The barriers earned from PDs only have base stats, where as the ones you find usually have better stats. For the rarity, they're just a bit rarer than most of the other box rares.

The difference is negligable, though, we're talking a max change of about 10 points to DFP or EVP, on an already weak barrier.

Yeah, but you never know, some people may actually want those extra stats.

As far as Ultimate goes, they are quite rare, you'd probably want to search for them in other difficulties.

Well, I have a lot of hours in Ultimate mode, I just think my personal experience might help. One look at my sig and you know the IDs I'm playing.

Of course I cannot speak in other people's stead

The Assisst and Recovery barriers only have one or two findings in Ult. The colored ones are more available in Ult, though.
