Got a few questions to this screen.

For #1 and 2

Do I have to put a name and last name in Kanji and Katakana or just Kanji?

for #4
It has to be a real JP address or it wont get accepted, so where do I get a JP address.

For Number one, put a Kanji character in both name and surname spots.

For Number 2, do the same, only this time use kana.

On the address line, it doesn't matter. I typed in my real address, in English, and it worked fine. I don't think it even has to be a real address, as long as the field has something entered.

For some of use who don't use block numbers for housing, can you give us an exmaple of an address that would work? I've been trying 'real' Japanese address, and it still don't work =/

You don't need a real address. I put 1234 Fake Street. Just make up everything on that form except for your age, make it above 13

man, this has nothing to do with adress, i filled the adress field with random stuff.. firtst check that you fileld other fields the right way..

You rule! Thank you for that, I was stuck on the name and address screen ^_^ Now I just gotta set up EPIII, used that guide to buy PSO+ licence!

Edit: Ok now that I have EPI&II+ HL, how do I go about getting epIII online? Do I just choose online and let it go on? And for serial and access keys, do I use the ones from + or the ones from Episode three?
