A quick question to anyone who has bagged a cure/freeze from a whitil red slime. How many reds did you kill before you got it?

According to heyfools vhard drop chart, they should drop it at about 87% of the time. But i just killed my 3rd red, and it left me a gizonda 11

I'm pretty sure all the rare enemies in non-Ultimate difficulties have the 87.5% rare-drop rate (the highest possible in the game) and a 100% drop-anything rate. So if you've been jipped 3 times then you're just very very unlucky. It's rare to see those rare enemies NOT drop their item. I've never seen an 87.5% rare enemy not drop their item.

A possibility is you're getting "dud" red slimes. If some of the blue slimes died while piping if/when they spawn as red they won't drop an item. Make sure none of the slimes die.

Yeah allways pay attention and never let a slime die.. it really pisses me off when i pipe for an hour and the red slime ends up to be one of the ones i let die ><

I cant be bothered with piping after the countless hours of mil hunts so i am doing runs.

You can get 20 slimes out of TTF in about 5 minutes, roughly 200 per hour.

I guess i am just very very unlucky *sobs*

Hrm. I was doing TTF Runs for Redria Red Slimes. I stopped after I saw 3. It's probably the best way to hunt them without piping, but it's still a very slow process.

At least I leveled up like 20 times in 3 days. lol.

Yeah, i was lv 66 when i started, now i'm lv 84

I tell you what, I'm dang good at killing Dal Ra Lei now. I never killed him before he hopped up on the platform the for a second time, but I got close a few times.
