Damn MSN! I've had no problems with it until late.
This is both a rant and a plee for any help?

I'm constantly having trouble signing in and am constantly getting signed out! (As are a few of my friends I've found out)
I've even had my Display name dissapear.
(so instead of 'Matt says' I get ' says'.)

I've reinstalled it and re-downloaded it, so I've pretty much tried everything.
Hell, at one point I even tried disabling my firewall temporarilly.

Am I the only one having this problem at the moment?

Because it's a pain in the ass!
I wouldn't be too botherd normally but seeing as I now work full time, it's my main source of communication between my friends.
I now don't have time after work to travel (Apart from the weekends of course)
I live out in the sticks.

i get that often too. msn signs me out without knowing, and signs me back in. sometimes it won't let me in, though that could be caused from maintence too. it's annoying. though i don't get a problem with my nickname at all.

have you tried downloading the latest version of msn?

Yes I do have the latest MSN IM SoT.

And I have AIM, but most of my friends don't.
Plus I'm not that big a fan of it anyway.

I hate MSN, I use AIM more often, but you can catch me on MSN for about an hour everyday. If you actually want to talk to me on it, don't count on it unless you inform me via PM first.

I actually think that the reason MSN is kicking us off all the time is so that they can get money from us by promising a 'patch' that will 'fix' the problem as long as we pay for it.
Damn Microsoft bastards.
