I have been making repeated cave runs, and have come across resta, deband, zalure, and jellen 20, but no shifta at all. I have gained 6 levels and still no shifta for my ramarl. Is there an easier way than repeated cave runs?

Thanks, I fear that this may turn into another one of my red sword ordeals.... Nothing but addicting food runs with my skyly hunewearl starting at level 75. Shes now 120....

i found shifta 20 AND 30 both in the same room of Ruins 1 last night with my fonewearl while hunting for spread needle... hooray

Hehe, I found a spread needle with 0/0/0/30/35 in the same room as a megid 27 with my greenlil fonewearl in ult ruins 3

I have Resta Level 30, but I'm not gonna use it. Why? Because my current resta heals more health than I'll have in a long time, and Level 30 costs way too much TP for me to heal every ti I get decked.
