I just went as far as getting the research data, so now I can add percentages. Woohoo! Oh yeah, some other online quest also went up at the same time. Dunno what it's good for yet... |

Ah ha! Details on Voice Operation!
*Two players only!* The quest is administered by Nol Rinale. She wants you to use their latest communication simulator: RVS. This takes place in VR Temple. There are six stages to RVS, each divided into two phases. The goal for each phase is the same: collect all four capsules within the time limit. One player takes the role as Operator, the other as Hunter. At the completion of Phase One, the users switch roles for Phase Two. It is up to the Operator, using Voice Chat only (you don't have access to anything as Operator, not the software keyboard, not anything) to guide the Hunter through the mazes. (As Operator, move the camera with the Directional Pad. Hunter controls are normal.) Collect the capsules. As you progress through the stages new perils are added--moving capsules, ice bullets which freeze you and penalize you thirty seconds, fire bullets which cause you to drop capsules, and complete and total darkness to the hunter. At the completion of each stage, points are rewarded, up to a maximum of 100 for each stage. At the end of the quest, you are given a rank. I walked away with a B Rank and my prize was a Trimate. It's safe enough to believe that the better your rank, the better your prize. Hah... by the way, the quest is set to the Chu Chu Rocket music, quite appropriately. You feel like a rat in a maze, really, lol Screens:  Nol Rinale  The RVS consoles. Note that my partner is on the other side with his own.  The Operator's perspective.  The Hunter's perspective.  Being penalized for touching an ice bullet. Its very hard to give directions with the voice lag. It was kinda frustrating cause if you get hit with the ice then it takes 30 sec away. Also running after the sparkly things isnt very cool.

yeah you have to do it a few time to get the hang of it so you can compensate for the voice lag.
I did it with a friend and we got a B-rank, nol gave a freakin trimate. I wonder what the top prize is. Better be some good shit. |

I'm glad these quests are up, west tower is even better than east when it comes to the amount of good enemies. The Voice operation was fun I tried it three times and only got a c rank but its something to get better at.
