According to the guide on this site, the mag has to go through a series of people. What would its PB be?

Please elaborate. Any standard special mag can be made by swapping characters(ids and class more specifaclly) [ralfism]. I personally prefer Nidra to Sato, same effects and isn't a cat. More information can be found here:

Yea, its PBs can vary depending on what characters have posession of it in the process of it becoming what it is.

That Sato itself doesn't give you a PB at all. Its the 3 evolutions before becoming Sato that give you the PB's. For instance, if your a Ranger, your first PB (at level 10) will be Estlla... At level 35 it might be Pilla. And at level 50 you will get a different PB. Then at level 100 you have the opportunity to make it into a Sato. But no specail GC Mag or Mag Cell mag will give you a PB.
