Hey all!

I'm sure there's a lot of you who don't know who I am, and a lot of people who might be ticked that I dissapeared off the face of PSOW for the past few months. You know you've been gone awhile when people you don't know have over 1000 posts and start posting fic-writing guides. Well, school HAS been killer, and my life is getting much more complicated.

Anywho, back to important stuff. I HAVE been working on my fic lately (Click on the link in my sig if you haven't read it) Basically some concepts with the timeline, space-time continuum, String Theory, you know fun stuff like that. I've been running some concepts by some people at MIT who I know, and it's getting pretty interesting.

My New Year's resolution (among other things) is to really get my fic spanking shiny and, in other ways, pretty. I won't be posting the new version (maybe 100 added pages giving information that we as PSO players already know) because I'm hoping to get this thing published. I've seen many fanfics published for other games, and I know they've been published in some form in Japan, so I think I have a chance.

Soooooo, while I'm working on reworking my first fic, I'm working on my new one. Things are going to be very... different... in this fic because I really only got to the Ragolian explosion at the 4th to last chapter in my first fic. Now I'm really going to start evolving the plot, and it's going to get somewhat weird. I hope to be going in a different direction than a lot of fics. I know mine was somewhat cookie cutter form (hero, sword, evil force infecting him, repeat) but I'm going to change some things and such.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm still kicking and I have some plans for the future. I'm still kinda rusty on the rules here (been gone a good LONG while) so I'm not sure if this topic is going to be locked, but I just wanted to let you guys know, and this is the best way to do so. Mass PMs wouldn't be so profitible.

is it a bad thing that i did that? i thought it was a good idea at the time

i read your fic, good stuff, just that i kinda had a nonfiction feel too it. (not to my tastes, but good nonetheless)
