What do i do with the S-Beats arms?

Congratulations, you've found a rare item which can be turned into one of the more powerful and cool looking weapons in the game: S-Beat Blades.

You need to play offline quests in order to turn them into the blades. Dr. Montague, the goofy egotistical FOnewm you see in some of the quests will do it for you, but you need to complete "Doc's Secret Plan" (you need to have access to the Ruins and have completed a bunch of prerequesite quests). At the end of this quest, he'll promise to make you cool stuff if you give him good materials.

After that, go to a quest where he's on Pioneer 2 like Unsealed Door and talk to him. He'll convert it into the weapon. You don't need to complete the quest--just go back to the Hunter's Guild and cancel the quest or quit the game.
