does the p wand also lowers tp cost when it isnt tekked? cause if my fo (only has 834 mst at lvl 99... im using a 54 mind humar mag>_<) can use it he would be dead within notime

not to my knowledge. although i havent used a Pwand untekked, one would think that everything would stay the same...

i know specials dont work on untekked items but i dont know anything about untekked weaps wich boosting techs

But using an untekked lavis is a glitch and kinda cheating. But I don't care much about that.
Untekked PWand works just like a tekked one, you just can't use the stupid special attack. |
