I've just realized something.
When a weapon has Hit%, exactly how is the extra accuracy added?
Does it simply add that much more ATA? For instance, a Vulcan (which adds 12 base ATA) with 30% Hit would add 42 ATA...right?
OR
Does it work like other percents: it adds that percentage more ATA to your base ATA? IE, Let's say you have a weapon that adds 200 ATA. If it had 25% Hit, would it add a total of 250 ATA?
I personally think every 5% of Hit adds 5 more ATA...but I could be wrong...help would be appreciated. Also, I'm sorry if my wording is a tad...confusing.
