I have recently acquired EU PSO ver2 (yea just now...I was short on money). I went online and for my surprise there were 4 quests (Central Dome Fire Swirl, Letter from Lionel, Soul of a Blacksmith and Retired Hunter).

I decided to go online with my languaged set to Japanese to see what I could found. Well I happened to find the Hamburguer mag quest (it was the only one I knew what was because I have the FAQ) and a lot of other quests.

My questions are: what are the other quests goals, what can you get from them and are there any faqs for them?

Central Dome Fire Swirl: Basicly you save all people from the fire outbreak and after you clear out all you can do you can get the Glory to the Past Item and get your Mark3 (Ultimate mode)and Sonic Knuckles (Vhard and lower, if you have the sonic glove from Tinkerbells dog 2)

Letter from Lionel: (dunno, rebuild a robot?) Money
Soul of a Blacksmith: Basicly a Blacksmith guy asks you to go down and get 3 items and he'll make you a weapon (Supposidly some v1 rare weapons can be obtained from this quest, God Hand; Suppressed Gun; Technical Cruisar)
Retired Hunter: Basicly a hunter has made a lot of kills on Rongol and only has 100 more to finish his dream, he needs you to do it for him. he gives you Money

well there are only 3 more quests, one is dumb called something cup ver2.

The other is the one where there's hamburger mag more chuchu, kapu kapu, chuchu fever, devil wings angel wings, game magazine.

And the other it continues the storyline of PSO, you can convert the accesories in marinas bag there. And you can be able to see elenor mag, but there's no way to get it

I checked Mamak and they have faqs. Thanks for your help!

Now what I really need to know is which download quests they refer to in those faqs... I already have the hamburguer mag because on the faq I found it said which quest I was supposed to download, but what about the others? Thanks once again

Listen, those quests you're talking about are server quests or did you download them? If you downloaded them, did you have to pay for anything or register to anyplace?

I am talking about download quests. You have to pay nothing to download the quests. When you go online just hit Download insted of Ship Select and here you go
