I'm level 59, and I'm a HUcast. I have my power maxed out since I used all my power mats and I have a power mag. Im using a J-Sword but I only can manage 900 damage. Is there another weapon that will do 1000+ damage

Dark Flow might be able to do just a little bit more damage, but it's really not worth it because it can't combo. Also, using all power mats on your character is a complete waste, and your character is going to be somewhat of a gimp later on.

Dude, no offense, but stick with your J-Sword. First of all, its more reliable than a Dark Flow thats not going to be legit anyway, and second, 900 damage is F**KING awesome to begin with! Level up to, ohhh, I'd say, 70, and you just may be doing 1000. Trust me, it'll be welllllll worth it over a weapon that does 1000 damage. Great Job and good luck!

or create another hacked character so you can use a weapon that requires 800 atp. not to be a smart ass... but, whats the point?

my other HUcast has a power mag (not hacked) and have used plenty of power materials on that character, he is LVL 68 currently, and is barely even close to having a base 800 ATP. To counter what you might say, how could you be 59 and be using a J-sword and hitting for 900 when my level 115 RAcaseal with a 100% Native stat weapon that has 350-400+ atp added be hitting for only 350 in forest.....

Xaos at lvl 162 with 50% native on a red-handgun wasn't hitting 1000 damage so somethings up...

my Lvl. 120 Humar has a Flowen Sword..It criticals about 540-580+ damage to Barbles..320-330+ regular hits and my base ATP is like 1050..
You must've did something to that character..maybe hacked it...or gamesharked it..i dont know
