Anything my ex-boss and/or his wife cooked. Once he had a BBQ at his place but he forgot to buy propane for the grill so he dumped a whole bag of charcoal and a can or two of lighter fluid in the grill and he waited maybe a whole 30 seconds after lighting it to throw the meat on.

The worst food I ever had?? When my mom makes homemade chicken soup! I learned years ago to stay away from that death trap! She leaves on the skin and the bones and it has this film on the top of it....*shudders* it's really, really gross!
