First off, I thought this would fit in General since it applys to playing PSO, not what drink you had at dinner yesterday (joke).
So, after that, I was wondering what type of music you play PSO to, and if it's different for each level, etc.
Personally, I like some rock (Evanescence, LP, POD) in forest and caves and some techno in Mines and Ruins.

I just go by the game music, if this even counts toward the topic. The music really sets the tone of the environment of the level. I really love the music made for the ruins.

I always listen to the PSO music.
The music is done nicely and well but of course it does get repetitive. Why? Well you can't expect Hideaki and Fumie to make some 30 minute track for each level and it will still be repetitive because you run through that area 1087194813 times.
Either way the music is good.
(I could write a little review of the whole soundtrack lol)

The games music is what I usually listen to, unless of course I am trying to raise a mag in one sitting then I listen to classical music or techno.

Wasn't sure if this belonged in OT. I think the game music is quite well done, but I'd rather listen to something else (I usually turn on LaunchCast, since my computer is next to my Xbox).

- Skies of Arcadia OST
- Guilty Gear XX
- Guardian Recall
- Mega Man
- & Many Many Others
