I'm just curious as to the level barta that it casts, and/or its damage tables/range across difficulties.

If it cast Barta it must be a low level barta I guess.. Im not sure but most weapons with tech specials are usually low tech ones. I hope that made sense to you.

I think it is level 6, but that is a blind guess. >.> It IS however, fairly low level, you are better off using your own Barta unless you are a very low leveled FO.

It would probably do okay damage in normal and hard against barta weak enemies, but in very hard and ultimate it will not be doing much.

I can't remember, but I am sure it is under LVL 15, meaning that it will do crap in most difficulties.

Its Barta level 4, like Foie/Zonde of Caduceus/Magical Piece.
