PSO BB require a signup, since its server side saving and you need to pay for it. I suggest you look at the Blue Burst Support Thread which is located at the top of this forum in the stickies section. Here's a link since you missed it the first time.

Additionally, the faq has links to other sites with information on what the menus mean. At this time there is no english menus.
