The prequest is nothing more than ST allowing you to choose a one of the 35 rares for the new episode without having to find it. I'll be out on the fairway.

Curious, everything I've heard about BB ep IV seems to state that to upgrade you need the
physical disc. No downloading of this game at all.

I wonder if the prequest comes with any copy, and not just the limited edition version?
Is there any info on that?

The prequest in on the istallation disc, for those who actually buy the package. The possibility of a download version is high, but it hasn't been officially announced yet.
Besides, it's probably going to be available quite late - on the 3rd of February, maybe, since people already playing Blue Burst were told not to install episode 4 before the maintenance of the 3rd of February.

I had fogotten a message from armion stating
"You must buy the retail version"

If there is an update, I'd suspect it would only modify the weapons file so a person would be able to use ep 4 weapons as that was addressed...

Then again episode 4 players could have gold names so who knows...
