Right you are; but when you think about what you don't have, you then can find solace in what you do have, no?
There are religions that are based on giving up material things, and the like.
It would be cool to live without the hustle and bustle of metropolis' and million dollar homes and cars, but it will be a tough life to find and master.
College degrees and the income that (usually)comes with them are viewed as something that should be obtained and compared to.
It is part of the lives we choose to live. Other ways of life have other rules and tiers of accomplishment.
That being said I too am jealous every now and then but I know that there are others just as jealous of me and my material things.
Things could always be worse.
Enjoy what you have accomplished and have been able to own up to this point and go after anything else you want.
