let say if i start a muti player game with a greenill and yellowboze, we go through vh caves we see a nar lilly what will it drop a cure confuse or a hero ability? and how do you know what it will drop?

If Greennill is the first player's ID, it will drop the Greennill drop. If Yellowboze is Player 1's ID, it will drop the Yellowboze drop.

EDIT: All multiplayer drops depend on the ID of the first player.
