I have a few questions about blue burst. Does it support widescreen resolutions i.e. 1680x1050 or does it support alt tabbing or windwoded mode.

1. There is no widescreen mode.

2. If not immediatley, it will have window mode.

3. Alt-Tabbing durring full screen crashes the game, as a security measure.

It doesn't support widescreen resolutions. The only resolutions it will support is:

640x480
800x600
1024x768
1280x1024

Yes, it has windowed mode.

No, it doesn't support alt-tabbing in full screen mode. Gameguard says 'screw you' and closes the game.

Wouldn't consider it a security measure if you can ALT+TAB or manage other applications while playing Blue Burst in windowed mode.

The same debugging a person would be able to do in full screen mode is most certainly possible in windowed mode as well.

That's not a security measure, that's incorrectly handling Direct3D resource loss. ha!

I guess screen resolution isn't really a big issue to me, as long as I can see where I'm going.
