Guild Wars recently came out a few weeks ago. It's another MMORPG, and oddly, my brother randomly comes into the house with two copies of the game, gives one to me, and tells me to try out the new game with him and his friends. I agree. He tells me I don't have to pay him back. I go woohoo. We play for a few hours and we're pretty much hooked. Then, PSO:BB comes out another few weeks after. God, I was so happy that the stupid god**** #@!$&#' game finally came out after months and months of waiting that I was ready to steal my brother's credit card. Then I remembered about Guild Wars, another game I'm addicted to but not as much as PSO.
So here's the deal. Should I stick to Guild Wars or register for Blue Burst?
Guild Wars:
Pros
-Got it for free
-No Monthly Fee
-I know two people that can play
-Up to 8 people on a team at once
-MMORPG with a ginormous map
-Guild Battles
Cons
-No actually movement or interaction with environment unless you're running away
-Only real possible strategy is which skills to equip at once (Up to 8 skills) and when and on whom to use them
-Gets increasingly boring when playing alone
Blue Burst:
Pros-
-All the new additions that I have not went over yet
-Real-time battles that call for actually movement and strategies
-Never boring (for me anyway), even when playing alone
-SO MUCH MORE FUN...
Cons-
-Only four players on a team at a time
-Monthly Fee
-Possible Lag, as I have not yet tried the game on my computer
PSO wins in the fun category here. But Guild Wars wins in the money category. And also, there's people I play Guild Wars with so if I stop playing, I might let them down if I constantly play PSO. Then again... PSO... Argh, someone help me decide...
EDIT: Another thing... How many people are usually on the servers?

Both are free right now actually, so I'd play the US beta of BB, and still enjoy Guildwars.
I'd prolly play Guildwars, only because I've played the incarnations of PSO since the first debut.
Shit, I downloaded, registered and installed BB yesterday in 25 minutes, and after five minutes of being in-game, I exited and uninstalled, merely because it's like bad crack. Heh.

I agree, I'd try Guild Wars, It looks and sounds like its a great game.
But I really like Blue Burst, so you won't see me on Guild Wars any time soon.

I'd definitely go with Guild Wars right now, but about 2 years ago (give or take a few months), I'd definitely shoot for BB.

Depends on how much time you've invested into PSO. I have both now and I know I'll play Guild Wars more. I love PSO, but after... jeez how many years has it been since DC PSO day 1? Play BB while it's "free" and if you're still aching for more PSO action go with it for awhile.
Personally, I say Guild Wars. But I already said that.

Me too. I even went out and bought a controller just to play it, only to remember when I got to L10, that I quit it for a reason (it's like putting trash in the garbage and everytime I go to can in the kitchen, it's billowing over from the last time I had said "i'll take it out next time".)
I took out the trash a couple months ago, i'm not going to go back on it now and let my house get all stinky.

Guild Wars for the win. PSO had it's run, but like all long running games, it's losing it's grip. Sure, they add new episodes, but it's just the same as before. Hacking, duping and the like. I'll stick with Guild Wars.

Guild Wars. New game, new things to do, less PSO noobness.
