Hey guys,I've been playing PSOBB on Hard Mode hunting for Rare Items. But unfortunately the probability of X dropping X has changed somehow.

Can anyone state what they found from what, from where and what ID please?

From my findings, this has not changed at all since v3. Could you be a bit more specific please, so I could try to figure out what happened that made you think the drops were mixed up?

It's a bit difficult to explain, sorry to say. Maybe it's just a little 1 in X drop odds, nothing too drastic.

The drop rate and drops are the exact same as they were in version 3 (The gamecube/Xbox version)

The only difference that might even exist (If the US version has the same modification as the JP version) is that the forest drops are slightly easier to get. Everywhere else is the exact same.

By the way, I heard the rare-enemy rates were modified, and maybe their droprates too. Is that true?

I've heard the rare enemy appearance rate is better, but haven't heard any offical word on it.

And yeah, like heaven's punisher. Its now around 1/200 instead of 1/205. ST's idea of 'changing drop rate' is to tweak it so slightly, you won't really notice the difference.

Forest drops are easier to find? Played Forest so many times that I've cleared the whole place out.

Assuming the possible droprates are the same as in v3, the game doesn't know a droprate like 1/200. ._.
But that's interesting. Maybe then the Bluefull drop isn't all that bad for HP, since Rappy's Holiday has 75 Hildelts per run.
Purplenum half PW1 would take 2K runs, while Bluefull Rappy's Holiday would take only 683 runs, assuming the droprate is 1/200 and the rare enemy appearance rate is 1/256. x_x
