No, it isn't that high.

It takes about 52-55 pipes on average to get a Rare Lily in the 9 lily room.

Even without piping, Rare Enemies appear quite easily. ST is handing players things too easily in BB, and still most players complain it's too hard.

It's higher on the beta, but that's about it. I have played almost a year and I have yet to see a Pouilly, for instance.

I have seen maybe 40 rare ennemies in one year, it doesn't strike me as much, and I have clocked about 900 hours of play.

Well now I just feel like a dumbars.Ive got over 400 hours in and im only at 10 rare monsters.I spend a full bar of TP on a level 100 Fomarl just pipeing in and out in the fake in yellow in the room with 8 rappies and no pal rappy.Man my luck sucks.

I've clocked somewhere around the 50 hours mark on the beta (approximately a 25th of the time I've logged on GC) and have already seen 2 Hildeblues, a Pouilly Slime (without splitting), 2 red lilies (can never remember the names) and 2 blue rappies so agree that the 1/256 rate on Blue Burst is a bit too frequent for "rare" enemies. Just a pity they drop such rubbish on Hard Redria ID. Diska of Liberator anyone?
