So does anyone know if theres a definitive release date for this game I heard from a friend it was being released this month but its probably not true so does any one have any info of it?

Well, yes, but they stated Winter *2005* for JP. Hence the speculating about Dec 21st to Dec 31st.

Sega's release date is very vague... probably on purpose. Some retailers are showing Feb '06 as the ship date, but we'll just have to wait and see

Well.. if it would be end of 2006 it would be very stupid... I mean releasing a PS2-Game although the PS3 was already released...

its most likely gonna be in feburary of 06, because it wouldn't take that long to translate a game...that and the fact that releasing PSU on "inferior" hardware next year late 2006 would make no sense whatsoever.
