I notice the draining cap per hit in vhard is weird.
Gush raygun, cap is 90.
Last survivor, cap is 45.
Geist raygun, cap is 75.
Geist vulcan, cap is 24.
Double saber, cap is 75.

The vulcan is reduced to 1/3, but it drains one TP less per hit than expected. Isn't swords supposed to be reduced to 1/3 and double saber supposed to be reduced to 1/2 according to Tycho's ep4 equipment guide?

It's not the max -_-

for TP anyway, it's a % of your TP gauge, you'd need 2000+ TP to cap TP-draining

Swords, Slicers, Partisans, Mechguns and Shots get a 1/3 reduction.

I forgot, Double Saber is reduced by 1/2

Kef, I'm not that big of a n00b. >.> I know HP drain is base on mobs' current HP and TP drain is base on your max TP.

Note all these are done in vhard.

The TP drain was done on my FOnewearl with 2200+ TP. After taking my mag off, I have about 1600+ TP. Geist raygun and geist vulcan's drain remains the same. Double saber drops to 67 TP per hit. So I'm sure raygun got cap at 75 and vulcan got cap at 24. 67/1600 is about 4%, maybe double saber has unreduced mind now?

I'm not so sure swords get 1/3 reduction anymore. It seems more like it is at 1/2 now. The 45 cap was done on full health lizards. They kept giving me 45 HP even after a few hits, so I'm pretty sure the cap is 45. Maybe it's just last survivor, but I don't have a gush sword to test.

Shots and slicer, I'm sure they're still at 1/3 reduction. My RAmarl with just a bit over 500 TP gets 8 TP per hit with soul launcher. And I remember gush diska drains just a bit shy of 30 HP on barba ray. I think it was stuck between 27 to 29. It's been too long since I fought him.

I have no clue about partisan. Never felt the need to use it on my HUcaseal after getting last survivor.

The maximum you can steal from a monster has nothing to to with the level of the special.

Draw, Drain, Fill and Gush can all steal 30/60/90/120 HP in Normal/Hard/VH/Ult.

Heart, Mind, Soul and Geist can all steal 25/50/75/100 TP in Normal/Hard/VH/Ult.

As for Last Survivor, well, maybe

Swords and Partisans are 1/2 drain rate, Kef.

Mechs, Shots, and Slicers get the 1/3rd reduction.
