All of the programs and what not in the download section that are hosted by PSOW are dead links to me... don't know if this is for everyone but, after a recent format I tried to get the Character Manager again and it gives me a 404. Just wanted to inform ya if it hasn't been seen yet. Thanks ahead of time, if you guys do get it fixed!
