How do you get these cards? They're ranked E, but none of the quests i've seen/played gave them as a prize.

Actually, Pouilly Slime is an N1 card, and you can find it in normal card packs after battles.

To get Biboo, I believe you must have a Billy Hatcher save file on the same memory card, and then Check Event Files on the trade machines.

Sorry Tact, but there is a Pouilly Slime+ card.

To answer the original poster's question, they have not been released yet.

Oh, oops. I figured the + was a mistake and the "&" sign was also added. I didn't know there was a Pouilly+.

Anyways, the Pouilly+ card has some very interesting attributes. I was hoping to try it out someday.

You get Clippen from the Billy Hatcher save file. I was wondering where all the other Billy Hatcher monsters came from, but then I finished the download quest from Blue Star Memories, and I got Cipher (Now just to get the other download one >_> Can I still? Or does that overwrite my save?)

You can still get the other download quest.

Also, you can get Recky as one of the 100% completion bonuses.

100% completion bonus? As in finish the game with Arkz and Hunters or does it mean doing more than that?

Recky is the reward card for getting 100% creatures.

Here is a brief 100% summary:
Dice Fever+ for 100% assist cards
Parry for 100% action cards
Red Ring for 100% item cards

You get Del Rappy when you obtain all of those.
