Why would somebody put up a new PSO 1&2 PLUS on ebay for $4.25 dollars?

No, I'm not bidding on it lol. The seller posted the auction and started at $.99. Keep an eye on it and you'll see that it doesn't actually sell for $4.25.

Lol, it would be kinda retarded to sell it for $4.25, seeing as how PSO Plus is rapidly approaching rare status. I went through 3 EB's to find a new copy...two day's ago lol. I lost my product key and therefore the ability to renew so I got Plus.
