PSOBB: Ruins Offline Quests - PSO-World.com Forums

I'm not sure if this has been uncovered before, but I want to know how to access the Ruins offline quests.

I've done all of the government quests up to 4-1, I have Ruins unlocked on offline mode and I've done EVERY quest available to me (including Central Dome Fire Swirl) and I cannot figure out why I do not have the Ruins offline quests done yet.

PLEASE don't tell me I have to go through 4 more government quests to get my Soul Eater.

EDIT: Offline I mean "Side Quests" in BB terminology.

If I remember correctly, you need to complete 4-1 to access Ruins in One-Person mode.

You need to complete 4-1 in Multiplayer mode. The quest won't be available in One-Person mode.

Heh, I understood what she meant.
Anyway, I only have to do "Doc's Secret Plan" and "From the Depths" before I get my Soul Eater.

Yeah, I meant do 4-1 (I wouldve though it was obvious, since 4-1 is 'online/multiplayer' only.. What I meant was you need to do that to unlock the Ruins quests in one-person mode.
