This is something I've noticed before, but didn't mention yet. The PG:F isn't an enemy part, even though it's in the guide. An enemy part can be taken to Montague, and made into a weapon. PG:F is a unique item, like Photon Booster, and Magic Stone: Iritista. It combines with a Weapon and forms into something new. Although it is part of the enemy, it's technically not, an "Enemy Part". Just something I noticed.
