Apparently there's an article in there on PSU for the november issue. phantasystaruniverse.com was updated today for this information. So much for updates on friday only.

Yes there was an update but it doesn't say "new" underneath any of those subsections, so I doubt there's new pics added. I can't read japanese so I don't know what they put in there.

I think there are a lot of Digimon articles in V-Jump, so maybe ask around the Digimon fansites...

V Jump is a Japanese magazine that covers video gamees, anime, and manga. It usually has a few pages of Digimon-related material in it. I have no idea whether the issue for this month has any new PSU material, but it is conceivable that it might.
