Just a question about PSOBB; can you play offline without a Hunter's license like on GC or do you need to have one to play either Offline OR Online like XBox?

BB is online only with a game mode to play offline quests with offline enemy stats.

So you need an HL to play.

There is no "offline" as such.

All gameplay takes place online - you can access solo mode whilst online, which is basically allowas you to access the one player quest.

I will reiterate though, you have to be connected to the internet and have an active hunter license to play. No exceptions.
