My question is simple and is for the gamecube seires PSO.

Does Sonic team have their own server? Do they care about the one we are on? What does a GM look like and is there a possible way to contact them?

1. Sonic Team runs its own servers on GC PSO. Unlike PSOX and BB, regional servers are linked.

2. Generally they care. Some people would debate that point of view though.

3. GMs wear black-hooded robes. They look sort of like FOMars. I've never seen a legitimate GM on GC PSO before.

On GC PSO, there is no way to contact a GM. There are report forms you can fill out, but they do not seem to do much good.

So would this mean if problems happen between players, would it be a "Sort it out yourself" sort of thing?

Yes, that is pretty much the case.

Blue Burst has a much better system in place for these kinds of problems.

Does Blue burst have the ability to contact GMs in game? or does this also the requirment of filling out forms to them?

You have to fill out forms for Blue Burst too. The difference is that the Blue Burst team actually responds to complaints/problems.
