Yes exactly nvidia = Geforce and im my case im currently playing WoW and i use an
256MB PCI express Nvidia Geforce6800 GT graphics card. and that gets the job DONE GREAT. but that's a $400 G-Card and my friend runs it on a lower ATI 9800 card just fine, i think the main thing is just how much ram you have because until i got more i still lagged a little in Orgrimmar. during BIG BATTLES. |

No your not dumb at all actually quite smart to make sure that you get something strong enough, because everyone knows that the box requirements are full of crap :lol

Personally, I'd say to get a more recent card than that. At least a 6000-series.
It'll last you longer for PC gaming, in general... And allow you to pump up the graphics in WoW more (I haven't played it, so I don't know how well it runs, anyway). Just, uh... Don't try and play F.E.A.R. on a 5700. :/  ProTip: To damage your credibility, simply call any of the Phantasy Star games "massively-multiplayer." |
