A little question, Whitill is a good ID for a new Ramarl??

I just have a FOmar in Redria and a HUcast in Skyly.

Whitill is a pretty neutral ID, It can mostly be good for all classes.
The plus's it has for a Ranger, is that it can find both Handgun Guld and Handgun Milla...
The minus's is that you wont find a Yasminkov9000 or a Spread Needle, two of the most used Ranger Weapons.

You can also find a fair amount of units and shields, So I'd say its a pretty good ID for a RAmarl, or any character for that matter.

Whitill is a pretty good ID. It finds a lot of Slicers, and a lot of Handguns, and has some pretty awesome exclusive items (like Rico's Earrings, Flight Fan, and Handgun: Milla). It's also the only ID, therefore, that can find both parts of Guld Milla by itself.

The former being bad, the latter being nowhere near unreplaceable.

Whitill finds Red Mechgun, Frozen Shooter, Flight Cutter, Red Slicer, Yasminkov 2000H, etc. along with a wide array of excellent items in most of its areas.

Whitill also has the best Desert, as well as the best Kondrieu drop, but I think you aren't on BB (you did not specify).

It has terrible normal-very hard drops, but their ultimate drops are arguably the best. The downside? They're also the rarest.

So, Whitill is the ID for the dedicated, you probably won't see much reward from this ID unless you play it a lot.
