Visually, Central Control Area. For fun, pretty much any Episode 2 stage barring Temple.

Visually, I love temple and spaceship. All of episode 2 is gorgeous, but those two places stand out as having more of a "dreamy" feel to me. Doesn't hurt matters either that they both have great music.
For gameplay value though... I'd say I prefer mines. It's challenging and short. You can be in and out before it gets boring.  Marshmallow | Female Newman lvl. 143 Fortetecher lvl. 20 | Acrotecher lvl. 20 | Wartecher lvl. 10 | Masterforce lvl. 4 (lol) Other characters: Tulip (beast FF), Holly Bee (human PT), and Morning Chimes (cast GT). |

I must say Central Control Area. I'm especially partial to the jungle. Kinda eerie, very pretty, and the music is cool, too. n.n
