Hi i am new to psow and although i looked i didn't find it ( perhaps i didn't look hard enough ) but any ways here is the question. i have been playing PSP V1 and then V2 for the dreamcast since they came out respectively. I have a gamecube ( Finally )and started playing PSO Plus and i now have a lvl 86 HuNewearl and a level 21 FoMar that i recently made. but i was wondering if there was anyway that i could transfer my lvl 186 HuNewearl from my DC V2 to PSO Plus. I would love to do battle mode with my friends with her. If not then It looks like i'll have a LONG Ways to go before either my current HuNewearl or FoMar are anywhere close.

Welcome to the board.

Short: NO
Long:
-DC and GC are two different systems from different companies. DC games are not playable on GC.
-There is no way to transfer DC saves to GC. They are different consoles with different technologies.
-DC has ver 1 & v2 only, GC (& XB) has v3. Even though they look the same, they are not compatible with each other.

Blink & you'd miss it! ;3

On SOME servers (aka not sega official), there is limited DC/GC compatibility, so you would at least be able to throw over some of your items I would presume. Assuming this works.

I can confirm this.

Though I've mainly been part of GC<->version2 (PC, virtually identical to PSOv2 on DC) transfers, I can't think of a reason a DC<->GC connection wouldn't work.

thanks for the info guys. I thought it might have been possible because they were all made by team sonic. i thought perhaps they had what some pc mmorpgs had where when you Upgrade or switch servers they can import your char data. i figured since you can download quests you could essentially download chardata. but i guess not oh well. thanks for clearing it up. and as far as my siggy went. i didn't know there was a size limit on it. i had seen people here with all three quizes on there sigs so i thought it was okay. if it is too big please let me know and i will change it.
