at the min im a lvl 35 RaMar (lost a lvl 200 and 76 RaMar...anyhow) i found a red rifle whilst playing two players on ultimate on my other chars ive nvr seen any on one player - does anyone know where abouts i can get red rifles on HARD difficulty

I think he's talking about the non-rare basic Rifle, that has a red colored photon bar. I believe they're called "Beam".
You shouldn't have trouble finding those, but since your character is in Viridia, he'll be finding more Shotguns than Rifles. |

yeah wals are my curse easy to get and unusually common
or even go for a photon launcher from volt op its a peicing launcher quite useful go to item database and go to weps and wals  |

my bad on misleading "Red Rifle" i did mean items like walsk rilfe etc i found loads on two player on my other charector (also viridia) is there a certain monster that drops em?
