Kickass, well for me anyway I guess.

I thought to look up some choice keywords and came across Jon_F's first video batch, the video thread

Did Jesus show up jumpin' in anybody's windows when PSU was announced?

And the hype was really giving people doubts about the game while they were eagerly awaiting it and thinking the new bosses were simply rehashes of old bosses, I like what I'm seeing. Too bad some of you aren't.

Little did everyone know Gal Gryphon is not anything like the Dragon, is very original, and GOL DRAGON is yeah, another dragon but with some new elemental based attacks and the ability to split up to make the fight tougher!

Nobody expected Olga Flow and rightly so, who knows what he is saying upon entry to his elevator platform, even now, years and years after his unveiling?

Olga Flow certainly made up for the Barba Ray and Gol Dragon being rehashes, even though people had theories to justify their similarities to the old bosses.

The story goes that the bosses were being programmed from the data of Pioneer 1/Episode 1's Ragol monsters as a VR training ground for the Episode 2 lab assignment to prove yourself as a worthy hunter to be able to go down to Gal Da Val Island. This explains why there are Gillchic's, Lillies, Rappies and the like scattered in the areas, which were in seperate areas in Episode 1.

Such theories that the boss data was modified from the stages in Episode 1 by the Pioneer 2 Episode 2 lab as a challenge for the hunters of PSO, thus they couldn't create a brand new boss to be placed in the VR area. They only used existing data on Ragol's enemies, not programming their own creations from scratch.

If I recall correctly, both Barba Ray and Gol Dragon were explained as being the result of feeding De Rol Le/Dragon data through an evolutionary simulator to see how the creature would evolve.

For instance, Barba Ray is what De Rol Le would've evolved into had it escaped into the open sea. Gol Dragon is what would've happened if the Dragon existed in an electronic environment.

I've started work on compiling the links provided this thread into the Site History guide. Feel free to post more of them though. I'm sure there are many other worthy candidates.

I didn't get this info from a thread; I got it directly from the game. Load up offline mode, and go to Temple/Spaceship. Beat the boss, and once you've done that, access the little Cal terminal that shows up, and read the information file about the boss in question. It says what I said in my previous post.

RUN FASTER1111!!!!!!!!111

I just think it's hilarious.

There's some others I'm trying to find, flamewars that were pretty funny.

I know Shuri posted about one on another forum, I found that thread, but the link is down. =/
Sword (that's not his full SN) started some BB flamewar; if anyone remembers.

Oh, I remember that. Ian got involved, and I did too. It had to do with Sword saying something about another user, with questionable "proof".

Cha-ching! Found it:
Some EP4 pictures for you! (Enemys, area and items!) + New Del rappy picture!!! + 26 New Ep4 Weps

That was a fun thread; and you can't really have that thread unless you throw in Ian's rant:
Hi. I play PSO.

That thread of mine made me LOL so hard I nearly pissed myself. In retrospect, those were some good times.

I sort of won, too, since I haven't been banned yet.

Hmm, I should see if I can think up any good threads of mine.

FKL style:

I need a bishounen.

-A textbook example of how fast and far an FKL topic can turn away from its original poster's topic. Surely enough the images run rampant and none of it fits together any more than it should to make you laugh.

-Who knew that about KaFka?! XD

-And my sloppy defense mechanism taking over to smite Tact down!

Huh?

-Dental plan! Lisa needs braces!

-"Never in my life have I seen a mod spam like that in a single topic...I fear we shall never see it again... "-Captain_Bob

logogle.com(make your own google logos)
-We all had fun in this one! A rare occurence where everyone gets along and has fun in FKL, without a laugh at another's expense!

I freestyle rapped today
-Another creative thread by the FKL'ers who weren't afraid to let loose and who would have ever guessed FoatHeart and Astuarlen are our battle rap masters?!

FKL Hall of Shame

-The origin of SEFKL! And thanks to Norkevh for showing how awesome we are based on the amount of posts we'd thrown into FKL! who knows who will be number one next time? a year from now? two years?

INSANE, chat conversation

-More of our fantastic mods, to the power of Batman?!

This one WAS in FKL but got moved out of sheer awesomeness and creativity to Fanworks:
If this is an RPG, what would you be?

-Do we all know eachother at PSOW a little too well? Gogo Community power, or something!

My FKL Comic: I need your sticks!

-Our resident FKL'er Scrub took requests of ours for his MSPaint art! This paved the way for others such as Sagasu to do the same! You have got to love their time and effort put into creating the requests we gave to them.

Final Round. FIGHT!

-The name of the topic was changed as it was bumped during the week when PhotonDrop wrote new matches and rounds. Very exciting stuff and made you feel good to be a part of FKL and finally get to beat eachother up without anybody really getting hurt. Alas, Solly came out the victor and with style to boot!
