I'll just get to the point real quick. I'm 5"3, 116 lbs, and I need a bit of insight on some training and work-out techniques. Before anyone asks "Why don't you check Google for that?" I've already read tons of crap about sets and reps and I don't know what half of the stuff they are talking about even is. I don't have any equipment at home, not even weights, and I live in the middle of nowhere and can't get to a gym, so all I have is my own bodyweight to lift.
I basically want to improve my:
overall strength(punching,kicking,climbing,jumping)
flexibility(landing from heights, basic fluid movement, getting the rotation to pull flips)
speed(dash/sprint speed, stopping fast from a sprint, reflexes)
and balance(keeping control over fast/sudden/strong movements, co-ordination).
Any tips would be well appreciated.

Dance Dance Revolution.
No, I'm not joking. Repeating crossovers, gallops, and jumps on songs over 200 bpm has really improved my balance.

Most of the workouts on here do not even involve dumbells and they are good exercises that you know you have gotten a good workout after doing them.

At first I was considering offering my normal workout advice to people, which is to join the cross country running team at your school... but then I realized that it wouldn't help any of the specific things that you wanted help with... and would probably just make you a really bitter person.

Well, alright, I'll give you some basics seeing as how I bodybuild a bit...
Overall strength would be easier with weights, but seeing as how you're weightless, I'll manage...
For your chest, push-ups.
For your biceps, chores! Seriously, chores around the house require strength, and it may go well with your coordination too!
For your legs in general, do you have a bicycle? Bike riding is a little something i do just to get out, but it's good for the legs too. If you want to focus in on your calf muscle, step up with your toes, i think it's called calf raises? Just stand, and lift your heels off the ground, it starts to burn after a while, believe me. It works better with weight on your shoulders too...
For more coordination, it's not my thing but, play baseball! It's one of the hardest sports to play, whatever position it is you're playing. Just practice catching or hitting, you're bound to get better at seeing things.
This is all personal advice. If it helped any, feel free to ask me for more!

A lot of good suggestions. Squats, push-ups, arm rotation, and stretches, I already do those. I'm gonna try the DDR suggestion for blacance and co-ordination, and I already do some running occasionally. I don't have a bike, and no-one around here plays baseball, at all. I'm also gonna try some tai-chi and yoga.
I also want to learn how to do backflips/frontflips/handsprings/off-axis flips and other stunts like vaults and landing from heights. I need to be agile and flexible to do most of those.
Then there's punching, kicking, reflexes and other fighting skills. I don't need as much advice for those though, cause I'll be taking a martial arts class in about a month.
Bonus: Can you figure out why I want most of these skills?

That did influence me a bit, but I've always wanted to be a stunt actor or a martial arts instructor. That video rekindled my dreams.
