I have been thinking about selling my Xbox to get some money for a 360 but I don't know if it is worth it. The 360 will have a good version of PSU, not as good as a computer but still above average. The problem is I lose my Xbox. The 360 has very little backwards compatibility but I only have 5 games...

What would be a better idea? If the price is too high, do you guys think the 360 will be cheaper by fall?

Cheaper? No, not even. You might get a bigger HDD but I imagine MS isn't willing to take a bigger hit by selling 360s at even more of a loss. 'sides, they'll probably have Halo 3 out for the PS3 launch.

(If you're willing to be a sucker, get the "Core" system.)

If you're trying to decide on what PSU version to get, I'd definately get the PC version.
9 times outta 10 the PC version is gunna have a bigger population because its linked with the PS2.
If you take PSU out of the equation...Well...Unless you like FPS' and Racing games alot, I sure as hell wouldn't get a 360. MAYBE for Oblivion, but thats about it.

It also depends if you have a good computer or not. Getting a new one or upgrading from a really bad computer to play PSU would cost more than a 360. You should also take the other games that are out into the equation. There's also the possibility of PSU coming out for the Revolution. Just wiat for it to come out before you decide.

My computer is just as good as a 360. Most modern computers are.

Get a custom build AMD 64x2 or any very high end alienware, and that will kick the Xbox 360

no, most computers can outpace a 360. The ones you said are near top-of-the-line or they are top-of-the-line.

You basically just restated exactly what Luis said .

If your computer is better than a 360, then why consider getting one? Play PSU on your PC, and play all your Xbox games on your Xbox. Simple.

Say.... Will the multiplayer and single player be separate (as in separate programs) or will be they be bundled and sold together? Seems like a racket if all you're interested in is the online multiplayer. :-/

I'm pretty sure the game will have both online/offline programs on it. Otherwise, ST probably wouldn't have spent so much time working to make offline unique. It adds to the experience if both modes are played.
