hildetorrs keep giving me the slip so i was wondering whentherr anyone had any tips for hunting torrs runs or piping?

Piping isn't too good with them since there aren't many in each room. Hildelts also give you nice rares usually and so you might find the weapon again, but with better percentages. Also a run would give you a good amount of exp making it easier, so do runs

forest of sarrow has some hildets and a couple rooms will have 2 in so those be the best for piping but still long and boring.

well if its a case that they dont appear there are several quests you cuold consider - forest of sorrow has 16 hildelts i think, in general rare monster appearance rate is 1/512 ..so 512/16=32 = on average u need to do around 32 - 40 runs of this quest to see 1 if its a case they megid u before u can kill them thsn i suggest make sure u can freeze em or dodge their megid or carry a few scape dolls.

What lvl megid does the torr shoot? I have four slots on my stink frame and four resist/devil, will that suffice?

Plenty but the Hildelts might shock you. If you can take the damage or got the appropiate techs (Resta, Deband, Jellen), just get in his face and let him punch you around. It's better than insta-kill.

They shock me anyway, so It doesn't really matter (I actually found a cunning way, freeze, lol). A good rabarta lvl 28 always does the trick, then I jellen and melee away with red saber. FOmars are such omnipotent characters!
