I have trouble playing some games on high graphic modes. It usually happens when there are a large amount of particles in the air or if there are a lot of other players running around (and I have broadband so it's not a latency issue.)

Here are my system specs:
The computer itself is a compaq presario that I have alrady invested some money into. I am no computer expert so I am not sure exactly how far I am from "good."
RAM: 1.25GB (Installed)
Processor: AMD Sempron Processor 3200+ (Stock)
Sound Card: I am not sure how to find this out. The one that comes with my computer...
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 LE (Installed)

Is it possible to get my old graphics card (one that is integrated into the mother board) to work with my new instlaled one?
Please tell me what parts that need to be upgraded for better gaming. Also, would it help to install more/better fans than the stock ones?

What model is your Presario?

BTW, no you won't be able to use your 6600LE and your integrated video at the same time.

It would help to know what socket and chipset you use. Download CPU-Z and run it to get that info. Under the CPU tab, PACKAGE will tell you the socket type and under MAINBOARD look under chipset.

Also how much video memory does your 6600LE have (128MB or 256MB.) Either way, the lag is most likely caused in large part by the videocard itself. The 6600LE is the lowend version of the 6600 cards. It has half the pixel pipelines of the other 6600 cards (4 vs 8 on the other cards) and I'm thinking you are using the AGP flavor.

I forgot to ask which games you are getting lag on.

Well, it's a 256... the games I play... Halo, City of Heroes/Villains and the old Counter strikes (which aren't really a problem.)
PACKAGE: Socket 939
CHIPSET: ATI Xpress 200 (RS480)
Erm... I got my 6600LE at a cheap price because there was an overstock... isn't the 6600LE fairly old?
