No technique can go higher than the class limitation
Humr/RAmr =15 and Anti 5 Hune/RAml =20 and Anti 7 All force = 30 and anti 7 They stack yes.

i use 3 devil/techniques on my fomarl and all my techs are at lvl 30 hehe

its impossible . enemys may be tech above 30 but not chars. sorceres , ob lili, etc
