Me and my friends were playing around and found a hilator in ultimate and it droped a heaven punisher,i was just wondering how good is this wepon i thinks its good but im not sure?

HPs special works with beat time & gets some boost from MST.
Only on certain beats you can use the special. Droids do minimal damage w/the special. Otherwise, HP is an over-glorified handgun. ;]  Blink & you'd miss it! ;3
