Im doing the quest 'Doc's Secret Plan' like it tells me to do in Tycho's guide, looking for a meteor cudgel. i was just wondering, if Elenor kills the Arlan, can it still drop the Meteor Cudgel?

Elenor? Kill?
 But yes, the Arlan will still have a chance (1/1050 I think) to drop a Meteor Cudgel, regardless of whether you or Elenor kill it.  Dawn will break through blackest night. |

well i just picked it up earlier today from the last arlan on the 87th run. its a pretty neat weapon, ill be using it a lot

I remember when I did soul of steel for the first time.
I got bored of Montague and Elenor, so I left them in a room. That room had a bringer spawn some time after I left. Luckily, they pwnt it, and I found out later it dropped a red box... Diska of liberator.  |

in case youre curious - it doesnt matter how an enemy dies - it matters who opened the game / quest. and that's been your char, so your char's ID's droptable will get used.
