My cousin is at lv 131 and he maxed out all his materials at lv 83 or something like that. He had 38 luck when he maxed out. Out of nowhere he suddenly got 100 luck the next time I visited him. Did he get ligitly or did he cheat?

What was his equipment?

maybe he had some luck units.

There are also weapons that raises Luck.
Like Combat, Gae Bolg, Vise.

So it's possible, without hacks.

No. Actually, he didn't have anything that increased his luck except god hand which increased his luck by 5. And Undreadpreist, what is a dupe cheat? I am not asking how you do it, but what exactly is it.

Then it could be, he used some external helpings to get his Luck of 100
(There are some cheat that can do this)

Dupe = duplicating = copying
Can be done through a bug/clitch.

or had he only maxed out HP material?

HP-Material, TP-Material and the others are separated.

So if he had only maxed out HP he could had still add luck.
