srank missions, seems somewhat random based on your party, you may have to srank a lot to get em

Wait, aren't we only allowed 36 skills? Are you forced to take the skills or do you have a choice, it'd be annoying if you had your whole pallete planned out and then ended up with a skill you didn't want.

You are forced to learn nothing. You can always override already present skills with new ones once you reach the limit.

It's random when you achieve an S rank. Which disks you recieve are dependant upon the NPC's you took with you on the mission.

These are the disk rewards as far as I know.

It doesn't work online. Online, nobody knows yet, but it is assumed it has something to do with "PA Fragments" which are found by S-ranking S Areas.

Ah so when you clear a mission and get S-rank, you get a reward other than mission points?
